The Vessel and Her Loss
Jenny was built at Egg Harbor in 1889 by Ole Anderson as a wooden two-masted scow-schooner. She was repaired after ice forced her onto the beach during a westerly gale in April 1893. In March 1896 she was destroyed by ice at Ephraim Harbor. Her enrollment was surrendered on May 8, 1896, after the loss.
